STARs eLearning advancing module 18: Sensitive and effective conversations at end-of-life care after acute stroke

This important resource is available to anyone working in stroke care and aims to help healthcare staff have sensitive and effective conversations about end-of-life care after stroke. The goal is to improve the care that stroke patients receive at the end of their life and the experiences of their families. This resource follows on from the recently updated advancing.

STARS module 16: End of Life Care and we recommend that you complete that module before starting this one.

All STARs resources are free to use and we would welcome you to visit the website and view the updated module as well as complete the accompanying module assessment.
